[orca-list] Interacting with file data entry field

I am writing a web app to allow a user to import some data and the form 
has a field of type "file" on it. I am having trouble testing my own 
code because I can't figure out how to just type in the name of the 
file. I get that I can click on the browse button and select it. But 
then I'm not sure how to tell that I have selected the right file. I am 
using firefox 49.0.2 and orca 3.20.3.
