If you are using bootstrap then there are accessibility roles which can
be used.
I am myself involved in the development of a free accounting software.
Our developers are constantly finding out ways of making it more and
more accessible.
I will talk with them and let you know what all they do.
I mostly work on the core logic part which is done in Python.
happy hacking.

The problem I am having with orca is that orca seems to read all the text to
the left of a form control within a tabel cell.
Are you using label elements to specify the labels of the form controls?
If not, you should use them. See the reference at
http://www.w3.org/TR/html51/sec-forms.html#the-label-element
Make sure you're using label elements correctly. If you are and Orca isn't
reading appropriately, then it's an Orca or browser issue.
