I can't speak to Virtual Box specifically, but this is doable with
VMware Player. I did change the default hot key that gives control of
your keyboard and mouse back to the host operating system, so it
wouldn't conflict with the keys used to jump between work spaces, but
this was trivial to do in VMware Player's con fig file. I mention this
because I'd be surprised if you couldn't do the same thing with Virtual Box.
