[orca-list] Pidgin messages reading with flat review bug

Hi,
I have a small problem reading in 2 or 3 irs chats.
steps to reproduce.
 uncheck the show im and chats in tabbed window
- login to 2 or 3 irc chats
- select one, in which you want to read and write
- when someone go to or go out or write in other chat, flat review in 
your selected chat window skips to the end of screen.
Can someone reproduce it and can it be fixed?
Fedora 23 and the latest official Pidgin from Fedora repository, Orca 
3.18.2.
