[orca-list] Bugs in FIrefox 45 : no tabs title pronounced when switching

Hi all! I've noticed that Orca doesn't announce the tab title when I 
switch between tabs.

Environment :
- Debian Sid
- Orca master (updated there is less than an hour)
- Firefox 45.0.1
- Gnome 3.18.4

Steps to reproduce :
1) Open two tabs in Firefox
2) Switch between them with ctrl+pgup or ctrl+pgdown
3) Orca should say the title of the active tab but it stay silent
