[orca-list] Excessive informativeness in "pidgin"

Hi, Joanye, All.

If the "pidgin", setting the focus in the chat window on some message, 
select it using a combination of "ctrl + shift" and arrow down, there is 
an oddity. "The Orca" announces the phrase "Select the paragraph below 
the cursor position," twice.
