[orca-list] Incorrect flat review in "firefox"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any website;

2. Click then on the link:

http://tiflohelp.ru/archives/728

3. Move the focus to the text:

http://www.traud.de/ta/

Note that I did not use the key combination "ctrl + f";

4. Using a flat review, try to read this text. In my case, the flat 
review, this text does not see.

An interesting observation: if, without closing this page, restart the 
"Orca", the flat review to be working fine. However, if this Web page, 
go to another site, and then back, the situation is repeated.
