Dear all,
I've a similar issue Icedove.

Environment :
- Debian 8.5
- Orca 3.20.2
- Icedove 38.8

Steps to reproduce :
1) Write a message with a line containing a link
2) Read the line in focus mode, Orca says only link instead of reading 
the label associated

In browse mode, Orca reads the link label.
