[orca-list] Bug with line selection, containing a link

Hi Joanye.

I came across a strange thing when reading the letters in "seamonkey". 
Steps for reproducing:

1. Open any letter in which there is a link;

2. Move the focus to the line that contains a link;

3. Press the "shift" and the down arrow to the fact that to select that 
line.

"Orca" twice Announces link text: at the beginning, along with a string 
of text that before the link, and then only a link.
