[orca-list] Issues with eSpeak

Hello,

I've just installed Orca 3.20 (by adding the accessibility ppa), and I'm 
finding an issue which may be related to Orca itself or not. When 
reading character by character, I sometimes notice that eSpeak doesn't 
read a vowel until I've passed it and read a consonant after it. This 
also happens when typing.

Also, is there any newer version available (prefferably compiled)?
