[orca-list] Orca can not pass over a certain line

Hi,

To reproduce this, visit

https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derivace

Find second level heading called "Definice derivace".

Use down arrow to move down through the text and you will get stuck on a
fraction. You will not be able to move over it with down arrow. But
continous reading is able to move through this.

I am using latest Orca master.

Can anyone reproduce this?
