[orca-list] an interesting libreoffice bug

Steps to reproduce: open libreoffice writer. Put some text into an empty
document.
Press control+s to save the file. Shift tab twice. Just past the cancel
button is an unlabeled button orca announces as "toggle button not
pressed." Press it. This is the menu for the file format you want to
save the file in. I've tested on mellisa's  windows  box and this button
announces there so it's probably a linux accessibility issue. My
question is whether this is something orca can work around or if I need
to file a bug against libreoffice? Can anyone else confirm this? I'm
using libre office version 5.1.3-1, on sonar linux, completely up to
date, with orca master, also completely up to date. Note that this bug
exists in all libre office components, impress, calc, writer, etc. I'm
just about to try libre office still, which is the long term maintenance
release of libre office to see if it exists there.
