I see this type issue yesterday and reported Joanie.
My webpage with previous I experienced this issue already not happened 
after I this day morning updated with Orca to latest master branch 
version, because Joanie doed yesterday following commit:

After I readed your letter, I verifyed this issue my latest uptodate 
Orca master branch version with more webpages, but me doesn't happening 
this issue. Me happened this issue previous when I using say all feature.
If your Orca git source tree is full uptodate, can you send the page 
link and reproducation steps how you experiencing this issue?
