[orca-list] Add a specific setting for speaking the misspelled indicator

Hi Joanie.

After I updated orca I found the following commit?

    Add a specific setting for speaking the misspelled indicator

    (Before it was based on verbosity level)

I've two questions:
1. This implementation is finished?
2. Where can activate  this option?
I didn't find this option. in the preferences
