[orca-list] ubuntu question

a while back ubuntu had a version where you ran the setup.exe with in 
windows and it installed linux from windows itself.
do they still do this? if so where can I get the iso and also 
instructions for getting it set up with orca?
the one I remember also had 3 unlabled radio buttons that asked the user 
using the windows installer what type of accessibility is required.
if any one could please get back to me it would be awesome.
