[orca-list] Orca not working in web.telegram.org

Hi all,

The web user interface of Telegram (https://web.telegram.org) is a 
Javascript-driven web application. Unfortunately, all of the links I 
could find in the homepage could not be activated by Orca. To reproduce, 
do the following:

1. Open https://web.telegram.org
2. At the top, you will see a "Next" Link. Enter in your phone number, 
and try to activate that link by pressing enter on it.

Expected result: the link should get activated.

Actual result: nothing happens. The only way to activate the link would 
be to find the link with the review cursor, route the mouse pointer to 
it and do a left click. However, I cannot always do this.
