Hi José.
I just committed a change to master which hopefully will solve this for
you. Note that the list that pops up is not fully accessible which looks
like an authoring error. What I committed is meant to just address
triggering the pop-up by accident and returning to the top of the page
when you try to arrow down past it.

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following steps:
1. Launchfirefox and go to
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=762799
2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.
3. Press down arrow until you find the key words entry.
4. Press down arrow one more time.
Orca reads accessibility.
5. Press down arrow again.
In my machine, instead of read depends on, orca returns to the begin of
the page and reads the description of the bug.
I can not explore the page using the down arrow.
This is not new in master since I can reproduce using orca 3.18 and orca
master.
Thanks.
