[orca-list] "Orca", and switch keyboard layout

Hi.

In a recent letter, I talked about quite a long silence "orca", when 
switching keyboard layouts. Last updated the stable branch "manjaro" 
shows that the "orca" in this situation, there is nothing. There is only 
one problem in the terminal when changing keyboard layout, "orca" silent 
in this window. And in order to "orca" again began to talk in a terminal 
window, you need to go to any other window, and then - to return back to 
the terminal.
