Howdy,
I would prefer GTK. But pyGTK is outdated and not recommented anymore. Using pyGObject introspection is the
way to go with GTK 3.

From an accessibility standpoint what is the the most accessible UI for python
(not including curses). My choices are:
wxpython
pygtk
tkinter
Preferably it should work on Linux, Windows, and Mac.
