It should be noted that most things accessibility wise do work under wayland. 
One thing that does not however, is using Orca to move the mouse cursor to 
click on things, and probably changing capslock's behavior, although I 
haven't tested that myself yet. If Qt applications run under wayland, which 
from what I've seen they do not on Fedora 25, then you can't use any of 
Orca's commands. However since Qt apps run under XWayland, Orca's commands 
should still be usable.
