You have an area where is written:
Pour chaque région sélectionnée, spécifiez les départements concernés.
(For each selected region, select the concerned department).

Orca mentions 2 edit areas and a list of 21 items. Each item is a
region, plus International and National. But with Enter or flat review,
I'm unable to click and enable it. And to enter the proper information.
An idea? I'll test with NVDA.
