[orca-list] Trying to install orca master in ubuntu 16.04, but builddep not working

Hi all.


Ubuntu 16.04 with the latesed orca from accessibility ppa. Trying to run 
build dep with sudo apt-get build-dep gnome-orca and keep getting the 
message must add URI to sorces.list.  Aklsom, I can not seem to find 
pygobject 3 either by searching for it or trying to get it runing 
apt-get install.  Any ideas on how to fix this.  How do you add things 
to sorces.list file or in this case updatei it.  Thanks.
