[orca-list] orca cannot read the libreoffice find dialog

Steps to reproduce:
Open a libreoffice writer file, either a blank one or preexisting one,
it doesn't matter. Press control+f to open the find dialog. Expected
results: Orca should speak the find dialog. Actual results: orca is
silent, and will speak neither the find dialog nor any typed characters.
This affects both the stable version and orca master. Can anyone else
confirm this?
