[orca-list] Flatreview only reads first Tab in Firefox

Hi list,

I am using orca 3.16.2 with Firefox version 40.0.3. When having multiple 
tabs open Flatreview only reads whats in the first tab no matter which 
Tab is on the screen.
I don't know if that is orca-related or if that is an issue with this 
Firefox-version. So I just wanted to let you know. Maybe that is already 
fixed in master.
