Dear Pavel,
Use Seamonkey and its Chat zilla addon. You will do not have to create
IRC account.
The only one condition is, that Paldo developers will use direct IRClink
to enterto chat room.
If Chatzilla will not be awailable as package or if it will not be part
of The seamonkey, find it by using Seamonkeyaddons WEB site.
I like Seamonkey very much, it even support simple  HTML editor, so
visually impaired user can create simple WEB site with anchors,
headings, list items, ETC.
And if somebody will provide A good WEB template for You, it will be
necessary.
