No. Not *anything*. I've seen far too many cases where this:

So the essence of it would be to turn on sticky focus mode automatically
if and only if the outermost body element had role="application". The
reason being that in that instance you land immediately in something for
which caret browsing likely makes no sense and fails to work. And
there's nothing to navigate to (via Orca's navigation) within that "page".
