Hi all!
Ya guys mentioned Facebook Messenger in here somewhere, ya may wish to check out the:
stand-alone web client.
Works very well with NVDA on Windows, thus should work nice with Orca.
With Chromevox, its a bit odd with it, but it can be gotten around fairly well.
My fav service to use, especially since I use an Acer Chromebook 11, is:

Support for Audio/Video for the web version of Skype:
