[orca-list] OT fedora question

Hi,
this is my latest  off topic question. I downloaded fedora 23 beta 1
workstation, which works with my Dell E4300 Latitude. But for this
version, rpm fuse repositories aren't created. Can I switch from 23 to
rawhide repository? I know about new dnf and dnf system-upgrade
command, but I don't know, how to use it. I need install rpm repos,
because I need vlc media player and mp3 support. Rpm fuse for rawhide
are created.
Can you help please?
