So you tried it in an older version of orca and it does not happen? I
think I am experiencing the same problem and I'm using 3.18.1 from the
accessability dev ppa.

Hi.
Yes, the problem is with thunderbird. But for me it only happens when
I am using the latest orca compiled from master.
Thanks.

Jose didnt say but I am guessing he is talking about reading mail in
Thunderbird. I have noticed this problem too and I think it began
with a Thunderbird upgrade.
I'm using orca 3.18.1. I added the accessibility developers ppa to my
ubuntu desktop. and I think it's been at 3.18.1 for a pretty long
time. And I think I started noticing the difference when Thunderbird
was updated.

Hey José.
Questions:
1. Is this a recently-introduced regression? If so, are you able to
identify which commit broke things?
2. When the problem happens, does Orca still present other things?
3. Any chance of a debug.out?
Thanks!

Hi all.
Using orca from master sometimes I can not read e-mail using up and
down
arrow.
I need to restart orca.
