Yes, this is recent. To be more precise I think that it was introduced 
after the following commits:
7fee0086a1d620b9f1df6a331595ab078715d23b

2. When the problem happens, does Orca still present other things?
Yes, orca works normaly except in TB.

3. Any chance of a debug.out?
Yes, but probably a big file! I'll try to generate one.
