Thanks - I understand now. I didn't saw your previous message until I
wrote my previous repley.
I hope Mozilla will fix it sooner rather than later. I voted and
commented on the bug's page.

That it works at all is due to focusable elements. Orca is always
setting the caret as you navigate. And this always used to reliably
scroll the page. After the bug I mentioned in my other reply was
introduced, Firefox scrolls the page when you set the caret in focusable
elements. And there are a lot of links out there....
