[orca-list] problems with say all when composing a message in TB

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following steps:
1. Compose a new message in thunderbird.
2. After type the message presse ctrl+home.
3. Do a SayAll command.

In my machine the message is read twice.
The first time the message is read my signature is not read. My 
signature is read only in the second time.

This happens with orca from master and orca 3.18.2.
