[orca-list] latest master has problem getting into preferences

Hi.  I am using latest master of orca and I get the following problems
-- if I just login I hear screen reader on, but insert-space does
nothing.  I then did alt-f2, typed firefox and after a bit of tabbing
got the window of my home page and then both orca-space and
orca-control-space gave me the expected result.  So is this expected
behavior?  I am running at-spi2 from git, but its a couple of months old
-- I wonder if I should get the latest?
