There's also atril, which iws part of the mate desktop. The one catch is
that it's not accessible yet, I'm working on this. It can open pdf,
epub, xps, djvu, and a few other document types, with a nice info tab
integrated into caja, the file manager, so keep an eye on this one.
There's also lucidor, which is in the aur, and it's accessible. It's a
little slow, since it uses firefox's toolit but it does work
