[orca-list] a page where headings are not announced correctly

Hi all.
To reproduce try the following:
1. Using firefox go to https://github.com/domurtag/runtime-datasources.
2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home.
3. Press the h key many times.

In my machine, after I press the h key two or three times,  orca does 
not announce the content of the heading and also does not announce its 
number.
