[orca-list] another bug: orca can no longer access the current notification in gnome shell

This is, I'm pretty sure, a recent bug. In gnome, if a notification
remains active at the top of the screen, for example when a new
removable device is plugged in, you are supposed to be able to get to
it by pressing super+n. This never worked in gnome 3.14, but when
gnome 3.16 came out, it worked again. However, this no longer works
with orca master. When trying this, you get simply "panel"  When this
used to work, you would land on the notification, and orca would read
it. However, it wouldn't read the controlls associated with that
notification, if any. When devices are plugged in, it looks as if you
get a menu of options, open with file manager, etc but orca cannot
navigate this menu, if it is a menu. I'm just going off of what I
hear, I can't see good enough to know for sure. Example "notification
books open with files eject." is what you hear when you insert a
removable flash drive with the name books. If you install the most
recent stable version of orca, this does indeed work. I've tested on
3.16.2, and the latest orca master as of five minutes ago. I can file
a bug if needed, but I'm not sure if this is an orca bug or a gnome
shell one.
