I can reconfirm the first bugs mentioned, not seen the one about files
list not being read after returning to spacefm window.
Anyway I would certainly like to see this program get its kinks ironed
out. It takes some reading of documentation and experimentation to start
using most of the interesting extra functionality, so be prepared to
take somoe time, maybe a good bit to get started with spacefm.
Custom commands and scripts can be used with othere file managers, but
spacefm is especially good for this. I can see how it would be great for
people who have lots of files to work with as well. Spacefm can remember
custom panel layouts for different situations.
One thing I'd like to see is accessible desktops using spacefm and
pcmanfm, thunar also. Caja and nautilus are the only filemanagers I know
of that can accessibly manage and display desktops. Would this be very
hard to fix?
As it is I always need to run at least two filemanagters, and if I
decide to make spacefm a regular part of the kit I may need three
filemanagers on some systems.

Hi,
I know I wrote about this previously... but...
I found SpaceFM file manager. I like it very much because you can
literaly do whatever you want with it. You can customize every possible
menu item, add various keyboard shortcuts etc. Now for example it
behaves almost like Total commander except for keyboard shortcut for
switching among panels. Btw, it can have even four panels if you need them.
However, I face several problems:
1. some menu items are not spoken. I dont know why, it looks like normal
GTK app.
2. everytime I start the program and press F10 to open the menu, I can't
navigate it. I have to use alt+letter to open some menu and after that
F10 works as expected.
3. Sometimes after alt-tabing out of the program and then back, I can't
read file list. I have to go one level up. But in this canse I have
still to find a way to reproduce it reliably.
First two cases can be reproduced.
I am running SpaceFM from git on Arch Linux.
Could anyone give me an advice how to debug this behavior?
Thanks,
Vojta
