[orca-list] a couple of issues completely unrelated to each other

I thought I'd write in and report a couple of issues that I've noticed
that aren't related to each other, so sorry for the noise. In
applications that use webkit, invoking say all often takes a few
seconds from the time the key is pressed to the time orca reads. It
seems to work just fine though. When alt tabbing away from and back to
the application, you can't simply invoke say all again, orca will read
instead the title bar of the application. You must tab away from and
back to the application again for say all to work, or press down arrow
once, then invoke say all. This has happened in both ppub, a gtk based
epub reader that uses webkit, and epiphany, the web browser. The last
issue is when opening files in gedit. Particularly when opening files
inside /usr or any folder with restricted permissions, orca says
something like "/path/to/filename read only (gedit) frame." Several
times, usually at least twice, before you can arrow around the file.
When opening files as root, the read only is gone, but the issue
remains. This seems to be limited to gedit itself, if I use another
editor this doesn't happen.

Again sorry for the noise, and I'm not sure if these are orca itself
or something screwy with my copy. I'm getting kicked out of the
bookshare search again, and deleting my config fixes that one
