If it's an NVDA add-in, it probably can't work with Orca. It has to be ported and then made to work with
speech-dispatcher.

Is it available as part of the latest ESpeak release or from the
ESpeak source repository, or is it in a separate repository?
If it's integrated with ESpeak, it should simply work with
Speech-Dispatcher and Orca.
