[orca-list] FYI: Very slow loads and dead accessibles (aka "Zombies") in Firefox

Hey all.

Thanks to Attila, I was able to reproduce a really serious bug in
Firefox in which pages load incredibly slowly and there are a ton of
dead accessible objects (or "Zombies"). This bug happens if
accessibility support is enabled and listening for events. You can
reproduce it without Orca, and I cannot fix this in Orca.

I'm pretty sure this is a recentish regression, and I'll see if I can
track down when it was introduced (both for the Mozilla guys and for us,
so we can use a version where the bug isn't present). The bug I filed is
