[orca-list] error message when backing up

When I backup my Ubuntu system I keep getting an error message about
certain files not being backed up with a message that certain files
could not be backed up.
As far as I know, restore didn't give me any error message which is a
bit strange.
Does this error only happen in Ubuntu Utopic?
