If I remember my fedora correctly, the new gnome, along with orca,
will ship in fedora 22, which is due to be released in may. YOu can
upgrade to rawhide, which is fedora's version of unstable, always
updated, if you want. There's info on the wiki about it if you want,
just googling fedora rawhide should turn it up. Make sure you read the
wiki page very thoroughly, it has some warnings about it not being
recommended for production use, and all that.  I'm in the midst of a
rawhide upgrade on my spair laptop so I can test the newest gnome
myself. I'll report back in with what I find
