So, an spd-say executable should still be installed with
speech-dispatcher?
This is good news, imo, except that it's missing, and has been missing
for some time from Fedora builds.
Which leads to the question of where/how it's being removed.
I dearly want it back! It's far too useful for configuration, testing,
etc., etc.
