[orca-list] Orca does not start automatically in Ubuntu 15.04

Hello all,

I just finished to install Ubuntu 15.04 and I verify it does not start
automatically.

The consequence is that it remains silent at the login screen. I don't
like Unity, prefering to use gnome-session-fallback. However, as Orca
is silent, I can't change the active desktop manager.

Does someone know a solution for this issue?
