Hi,
I'm currently updating the Bulgarian localization of Orca. I've
translated the user guide as well and I'm now in process of finetuning
all this before submitting to the translation system.
I grabbed the source code from the Orca's git repository and installed
Orca from Master in my home folder, then copied my modified orca.mo
where it can find it.
So far so well, but some of the strings are still in English, despite
I'm sure I have them translated, namely the names of the controls -
checkbox, button, etc.
Strangely enough, I get different results in some applications - in
Orca's settings dialogs I get no translation of the control types at
all, but in Thunderbird and Firefox I get some other translation.
So i suspect that Orca takes the translation from the application (or
the gui library) in question, and I'm not sure that is what has been
intended.
But if it is intentional, in order to fix it I would have to go and
fix the translation in all those places in which it is broken or
non-existent.
So I think it is more practical for Orca to use its own translation
for the controls - the one that it already has.

I have one more question - how can I compile the documentation, so I
could test it as well?
I've copied it to Orca's source directory under help/bg but it does
not compile automatically when I run make.
I've tryed to inspect the makefiles, but I'm a novice in build systems
and I don't know where to look, so I couldn't find anything related
and thought I should ask here.

P.S. When is the deadline for including translations in Orca 3.15? Do
you include translation updates in maintenance releases like 3.15.1,
3.15.2, etc?
