Re: [orca-list] orca and clipboard

I have a similar reaction when I hear that entire document has been selected when using control a in gedit,
pluma etc., and when I use ^c to copy I feel
like I should hear "copied", or perhaps the overly verbos "selected text has been copied", I'd rather have
somethinig like the first, or a tad more
wordy.
Sound icons for some actions like this would be even better, not so many that they would be confusing, but a
half dozen or so could be a great help and
comfort to many users I think.

Hi all.
I would like the orca announce that something has been copied to the
clipboard.

I use Orca for at least 6 years and every time I press ctrl c, my brain is
waiting for the message 'copied to clipboard'.

I remember that there was an extension to the gnome shell that sent a
notification every time something was copied to the clipboard, but seems
that it's dead.
It would be great if this extension could be resurrected or something could
be implemented in orca.
Thanks.
