Re: [orca-list] Testing development version of evolution

In testing the git build of Evolution, I did need to build and install
some git versions of other packages, as well as some of the new packages
that will probably be in GNOME 3.16, but are not yet part of the
currently maintained GNOME packages. I didn't, however, need to rebuild
GTK+, at-spi or any other core packages, only the dependencies of
Evolution itself. It is a bit of a dependency hell at this point trying
to install the evolution-git package from the AUR and responding to each
individual dependency error that hasn't been added into the PKGBUILD
correctly, but it can eventually work without breaking the rest of the
system, and without any further incompatibilities with the core of GNOME
or the accessibility stack. Hope this helps.
