[orca-list] The temporary "disableDeadAccessibleFilter" setting/hackaround has been removed

Hey guys.

As some of you will recall, a few months ago when we were trying to get
to the bottom of an event mystery, I had added a temporary setting for
you to try and give me feedback so that I could debug the problem. My
understanding is that this setting is no longer needed by anyone. More
importantly, if it is still needed by someone, then I really need to get
to the bottom of whatever issue is left. For this reason, I've removed
the temporary setting from master. If this introduces a regression, now
is the time to tell me. :)
