[orca-list] Spellcheck support for LibreOffice

Hey all.

I have just done some significant reworking of Orca's support for the
LibreOffice spell check dialog. Unfortunately, there are a couple of
bugs in LibreOffice that need to be fixed in LibreOffice:

* https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93430
* https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86661

In order to make the first one less of an annoyance, I would encourage
you to uncheck the 'Spell error' and 'Present context of error'
checkboxes in Orca's preferences for LibreOffice. When the LO devs fix
the first bug, then you can recheck these checkboxes and presentation of
errors should (I believe) just work.
