+1 for Libreoffice Calc if possible separate this setting with 
Libreoffice Calc and Libreoffice Writer.
But what will be the default setting with Libreoffice Writer related? 
With Libreoffice Writer better the row speaking setting? Have any 
advantage your openion if in Libreoffice Writer Orca read a full table 
row, except proof reading after filled a table, or reading line by line 
a document with containing a table?
I think now this is the default.
Personaly I always using with Libreoffice Calc with cell speaking 
setting, but this is affecting Libreoffice Writer too.
